The Carole Nash Newark Bike Bonanza takes place at Newark Showground, Lincoln Road, Winthorpe, Newark NG24 2NY on Saturday, June 22, and Sunday, June 23.
Colley will be joined by a host of other attractions including timed trials, 1920s motorcycles circling the Wall of Death, pedal-powered stunts from the Danny Butler Extreme Mountain Bike Show and a whole paddock full of raucous racing machines being fired up and revved for the crowds.
Show-goers can practice pulling wheelies on a Repsol Honda bike in complete safety on the Extreme Wheelie machine and children can join in the fun on an inflatable mini quad bike track.
There will be a trial of strength too, where participants must hold a set of tyres at arm’s length for as long as possible. Whoever can hold the hefty road-huggers up for the longest time will win a set for their own machine from Cambrian Tyres.
Private owners of painstakingly prepared classic motorcycles will have them on display in six distinct zones – racing bikes (sponsored by Classic Racer magazine), Japanese bikes (sponsored by Classic Motorcycle Mechanics magazine), custom/cruisers (sponsored by Motorcycle Sport & Leisure magazine), scooters (sponsored by Twist & Go and Scootering magazines), dirt bikes (sponsored by Classic Dirt Bike magazine) and classic bikes (sponsored by The Classic MotorCycle and Café Racer).
A wide selection of trade stands will also be offering motorcycling parts and merchandise for sale and a host of fine machines will be displayed on a range of club stands. Evening entertainment will be provided by two live bands including No Limits.

“We’ve got incredible acts lined up to get the first ever Newark Bike Bonanza off to a flying start. Steve Colley’s skill with a motorcycle is unparalleled and he puts on an amazing display. There will also be beautiful classic bikes to examine and admire and you’ll get to see some of them being put through their paces. It’s going to be a great weekend!”
