GBRacing has released new fast-fit spindle protectors for 2019-2025 BMW S1000RR/R/XR and M1000RR/RR/XR models, and 2015-2025 Yamaha R1 and R1M models. These protectors use an expanding-insert system for quick and secure fitting, offering protection to spindles, swinging arm, and fork lowers.
This all-new product from GBRacing overcomes the usual problem with traditional spindle protection that utilise a threaded through-bar and two nyloc nuts — they simply take too long to remove and refit to facilitate wheel changes!
This new design makes spindle protection both fast and secure. Using the same tried and tested expanding-insert system as GBRacing’s brake lever guards —as used in BSB, WorldSBK and Moto2 — these neatly engineered protectors fit in seconds while offering class-leading protection to the spindles, swinging arm and fork lowers.
Available now for the 2019-2025 BMW S1000RR/R/XR and M1000RR/RR/XR models and for the 2015-2025 Yamaha R1 and R1M with more models to follow over the coming months ahead of the 2026 season.
