New Finishes for 2027 Honda Custom and Touring Favourites

Ride In Full Colour: New Finishes For 27ym Custom And Touring FavouritesTwo enduringly popular Honda model names – both with a Transatlantic feel and a taste for the open road – are set to receive revised colour options as part of Honda’s ongoing 27YM model introductions.

Since 2017, the Honda CMX Rebel 500 has won legions of fans throughout Europe with its effortlessly cool cruiser style and contemporary detailing – becoming the best-selling custom style machine in Europe, every year since 2021. Joined in 2021 by the larger, more powerful CMX1100 Rebel, the duo have cemented their status as the customs of choice for European customers; Honda selling over 67,000 CMX’s in Europe since their respective launches.

For 27YM, the receives a technical upgrade with the introduction of Honda E-Clutch technology, bringing increased everyday practicality and comfort to Europe’s best-selling custom. The 27YM 500 Rebel also features an all-new 3.5” circular TFT monitor and revised control module with more intuitive use and clearer relay of key data and information. A refreshed colour line-up sees new options for both the CMX500 Rebel and CMX500 Rebel ‘S’.

Its larger stablemates, the CMX1100 Rebel, CMX1100T Rebel and CMX1100SE Rebel also remain popular with buyers across Europe, accounting for over 16,500 sales in the last six years. Mechanically unchanged for 27YM, the big Rebel receives new colour choices that emphasise its 21st century bobber style.

The 27YM CMX500 Rebel will be available in the following colour options:

  • **NEW**Mat Fresco Brown
  • Mat Gunpowder Black Metallic

The 27YM CMX500 Rebel ‘S’ Edition will be available in the following colour option:

  • **NEW**Candy Rosy Red
  • Mat Gunpowder Black Metallic

The 27YM CMX1100 Rebel will be available in the following colour option:

  • **NEW**Iridium Gray Metallic
  • Mat Ballistic Black Metallic

The 27YM CMX1100T Rebel will be available in the following colour option:

  • **NEW**Mat Beta Silver Metallic

The 27YM CMX1100SE Rebel will be available in the following colour options:

  • Pearl Deep Mud Gray
  • Mat Ballistic Black Metallic

Honda’s flagship tourer, the GL1800 Gold Wing Tour gains three new colours for 27YM, chosen to emphasise its timeless grace and effortless style, whilst the 27YM GL1800 Gold Wing is now offered in a revised sole colour option.

The GL1800 Gold Wing Tour will be available in:

  • **NEW**Iridium Gray Metallic
  • **NEW**Graphite Black
  • **NEW**Allumage Blue Metallic

27YM sees the colour option updated to keep the icon fresh, with the GL1800 Gold Wing now available exclusively in:

  • Gunmetal Black Metallic with Mat Ballistic Black Metallic detailing

The Gold Wing has remained Honda’s range-topping flagship for over five decades, introducing advanced and pioneering technologies, such as double wishbone suspension and the introduction of the airbag in 2006. The Gold Wing was also the 300 millionth model produced by Honda, and has amassed a loyal following, with over 15,000 units sold in Europe over the last ten years alone.
