It’s certified to EN17092-3:2020 AA, with a full 250gsm aramid fibre lining beneath the fleece and a complete set of CE-approved armour fitted as standard: Level 2 shoulder and elbow protectors, plus a Level 1 back protector; all removable so the Cypher can be washed.
Protective clothing only does its job when it’s being worn, and youngsters are far more likely to keep something on when it feels like their own clothes.
