SW-Motech have updated their range of luggage and touring add-ons to suit the latest versions of Honda’s NC750X and NC750S.

Honda’s popular all-rounders were face-lifted for 2016, and SW Motech’s R&D department adapted their accessories to suit – making them one of the first after-market accessory specialists with bike-specific add-ons for the new models.

TraX EVO aluminium side and top cases are perfectly suited to the adventure-styled NC750X. Waterproof, made from corrosion-resistant aluminium with fibre-reinforced hinges, TraX side and top cases offer 37-45 litres of storage. The system uses a clever, Quick-Lock rail system, which is discreet, lightweight and doesn’t add width. Quick and easy to fit, it needs no drilling or cutting, or the addition of any extra tubing, brackets of fixings; simply clamp the Quick Lock Mounts to the footrest hangers, push in the rails, slide on the panniers and clip in place. The rails can be removed in seconds, leaving only the discreet clamps behind, and the machine completely uncluttered.

The Panniers are made from high quality 1680 Ballistic-Nylon, and feature a stiff construction to help maintain shape and make packing easier. SW Motech have introduced some of the first model-specific accessories for Honda’s much-anticipated CRF1000L, so owners can start to tailor their big Twin to their needs.

CARRYING CAPACITY
A spacious and versatile luggage system is a priority for any traveller, and now Africa Twin owners can have all their kit close to hand with the Quick Lock EVO Tankbag system and Bags Connection Tail Packs.

Combining Daytona 675 performance with an upright riding position, Triumph’s Street Triple Rx has the potential to cover some serious miles, but stripped-out street bike styling offers little concession to carrying capacity. Now, thanks to SW Motech’s comprehensive luggage range, owners can choose from a wide range of bags.

The Blaze® Pannier system uses a clever ‘Quick-Lock’ mounting rail, which clamps to the footrest hangers, securing the bags without extra straps/bungees. New from Germany’s SW-Motech, the Racer [above left] and Trooper [above right] backpacks are tailored to the motorcycle rider, featuring high quality materials, low weight and comfort both on and off the bike.

Racer

Holding a handy 16 litres, the Racer is ideal for commuters and day trippers. The shoulder and waist straps are fully adjustable for a snug fit and to help prevent the pack shifting whilst riding. All three straps, and the back of the pack, are padded for comfort when carrying heavy loads. A quick-release buckle makes getting the pack on and off easy and there’s a carry handle too. Inside there are separate compartments to keep contents organised, including an integrated laptop holder, which will hold devices with a screen size of up to 14 inches, and a cable port that enables the wearer to use a music device while on the move. Seat Racks are a neat and flexible new way to fit a luggage rack, from the motorcycle engineers at SW-Motech in Germany.

Designed to replace the pillion seat, the Seat Rack uses the same fitting/locking mechanism, so it simply clicks in place to provide instant carrying capacity.

The CNC machined aluminium alloy rack is tough without adding excess weight. It has laser-cut slots for straps to secure luggage and is powder coated for corrosion resistance. Foam rubber seals are fitted to the underside of the rack, to help stop dirt/water from entering the underseat area while it is fitted.

An ingenious way to add extra capacity on adventure and naked bikes, the rack allows loads to be carried closer to the bikes centre of gravity, for better balance when riding trails or over long distances.

The Seat Rack is also a great solution for riders who don’t wish to permanently attach a luggage rack to their machine: when not in use, the rack can be unclipped and replaced with the pillion seat pad.

German motorcycle engineers SW-MOTECH have launched a new generation of their popular HAWK Fog Lights, using the latest LED technology for optimum visibility, long life and low maintenance.

The 10W white lamps project a broad beam of light to improve visibility in foggy conditions and carry the ECE test mark. They are cased in a black powder coated aluminium body for durability. The two fog lights are supplied with a wiring harness and waterproof toggle switch, so connection to the motorcycle battery is straightforward and requires no specialist skills or equipment. Fitting a centre stand makes routine maintenance (e.g. checking tyre pressures, lubricating the chain) much easier.  Produced from premium material and powder-coated, the SW-Motech centre stand has perfect clearances and is available to fit both the 700X and 700S models, priced at £151.01 including VAT.
