Introducing the TUCANORAK: The first rain jacket designed to be worn alongside the Termoscud® leg cover from Tucano Urbano, to provide ultimate protection against rain and cold.
Tucano Urbano has been crafting smart urban innovations for the past 21 years, starting with the first-ever Termoscud® leg cover introduced in 1999. Since then, Tucano Urbano has been a brand synonymous with rainwear and weather protection for scooter riders, and now, the Milanese brand launches the new TUCANORAK; a waterproof anorak-inspired jacket with a Termoscud®-ready system to prevent any water infiltration between the leg cover and the body of the rider.
In just three simple steps, any rider can become ready to take on a downpour; first, lift the front pocket of the TUCANORAK jacket, then slide the Termoscud® bib under the pocket, and finally, close the pocket over the bib. Water will simply run off the jacket pocket and over the leg cover, ensuring it doesn’t reach the rider’s body.
The TUCANORAK is constructed with a breathable, lightweight polyamide, which is windproof and has a high water column resistance with taped seams. There is a double waterproof flap covering the central zip and collar, and meets the requirements for rain protection fabrics (PPE Rainwear Category 1) in accordance with EN 343:2019.
The back of the jacket features reflective inserts for added visibility in poor conditions, and there’s a polyester mesh lining for breathability. To ensure the jacket doesn’t flap, it is designed with a long, fitted shape to wrap around the hips and pelvis, and comes with elastic waist and cuff adjusters. For when riders aren’t wearing their helmet off the bike, there’s an ergonomic hood which folds into the neck.
The TUCANORAK is available in four sizes; XS-S, M-L, XL-2XL and 3XL-4XL, with RRP £59.99.
For enhanced protection against cold weather, the Termoscud® leg cover is also compatible with Tucano Urbano’s TERMOWARM heated leg pad; simply place the heated leg pad into the top Termoscud® compartment pocket and switch it on for added warmth.
The TERMOWARM is made with extremely tough Oxford polyamide, and to ensure heat is reflected towards the rider’s legs, there’s an inner aluminium foil to deflect heat on the top, and the rear side is constructed with Aero 3D mesh to spread the heat uniformly. Powered by a power bank with minimum capacity of 5000mAh 5V/2A (not supplied), the heating duration is around 1.5hours based on 5000mAh power.

4STROKE and 4STROKE LADY
The 4STROKE jacket is a mid-length jacket designed to be worn year-round. Made with extra-tough Oxford polyester on the outer sleeves and sides, along with a stretch polyester softshell fabric on the chest and Ripstop polyester elbow reinforcements. Inside, the jacket features a breathable, windproof and high water column resistant lining with taped seams, alongside a removable inner thermal jacket with superior insulation thanks to the thermal polyester foam padding and windproof cuffs.
Class A-CE/UKCA approved in accordance with EN17092:2020, the new 4STROKE/4STROKE LADY jacket provides abrasion and impact protection with comfortable shoulder and elbow armour as standard, without limiting riding ability. Designed to match the 4STROKE jacket, the PANATAMOTO trousers are four-season motorcycle trousers that are Class A-CE/UKCA approved as of EN17092:2020 standard. Pairing a high tenacity Oxford polyester outer with a waterproof, windproof and breathable inner membrane with taped seams, the trousers also have a removable inner lining with thermal polyester foam padding for added insulation.
For comfort, the PANTAMOTO trousers have a stretch polyamide crotch and rear waistband, along with elasticated inserts above the knees for flexibility, an adjustable waist, and a zip on the side of the calves to facilitate dressing. For safety, there’s comfortable knee armour as standard, and pockets for optional hip protectors.

The outer layer is made from CORDURA®, with inserts in the super-strong SUPERFABRIC® material, and lined with an impermeable, breathable laminated membrane. T.ur also incorporated a range of handy details, such as the removable collar and Tucano Urbano’s patented HYDROSCUD® structure, which ensures that the garment is completely impermeable and at the same time guarantees the necessary levels of aeration for versatile use in all seasons. AIRSCUD is stylish
Originating in Milan, the Italian fashion capital where the Tucano Urbano brand grew up, the design makes the difference with AIRSCUD. Clean lines, the choice of materials and the attention to every detail make it an elegant and comfortable garment for everyday use in every context.
The exterior has been constructed with lightweight Taslan polyamide, as well as 500D Oxford polyamide in the areas most exposed to impact for greater abrasion resistance. The lining is 3D mesh for better ventilation, while the sides feature large elasticated panels to ensure a perfect fit.
The transparent window on the back allows the In&box to be switched on and monitored by LEDs, and there is a padded, neoprene collar for improved comfort. Two front pockets allow you to comfortably store your possessions and the sleeves have biceps and wrist adjustments to fit the body.
Tucano Urbano has also paid great attention to weight. The vest in size large weighs just 1,950 grams, but it is the jacket in particular that impresses, weighing only 2,620 grams: A benchmark value comparable to that of a traditional jacket with protectors.
AIRSCUD is certified
The development of AIRSCUD involved a long series of practical and laboratory tests performed by both In&motion and Tucano Urbano. AIRSCUD is therefore a CE motorcycle certified vest – Class C Oversuit – meaning it has the resistance characteristics that allow it to be worn safely both over and under a jacket. In addition, it contains a CE EN 1621 – Level 1 back protector that offers additional spinal protection even in situations where the algorithm does not deploy the airbag. DAVID Field Jacket

The jacket is windproof and waterproof with a high water column and taped seams, and for added breathability, it features an internal mesh lining and aeration system on the sides.
Typical of Tucano Urbano’s innovative and unique sense of design, the DAVID jacket features an integrated mask pocket on the collar that includes a filtering microfibre mask* that can be removed, washed and reused. There is also an additional pocket designed to store compatible PPE filters.

DUOMO Field Jacket
The Tucano Urbano does not stop there when it comes to casual field jackets that are CE-approved for two-wheels. As part of its Milano 1999 capsule collection that was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brand back in 2019, the brand added the DUOMO jacket – a mid-length field jacket.
The DUOMO features a removable inner jacket with polyester thermal padding and an elastic windproof closure on the cuff, meaning riders can wear this jacket year-round in complete comfort. Fully waterproof thanks to its 2.5-layer Taslan polyamide outer shell and high-water column resistant inner membrane, it also features an emergency hood folded into the collar.
Similar to the DAVID, this jacket features Tucano Urbano’s REFLACTIVE system on the cuffs for visibility on-demand, as well as shoulder and elbow armour as standard, and a pocket for a back protector. There are six external pockets, four of which have been designed with flaps to protect the zip from rain, and two internal cargo pockets.

Motorcycle jackets can come in a variety of styles and materials, from high-tech, touring textiles to retro, classic-look leathers, and now, as part of Tucano Urbano’s new Spring/Summer collection, a casual, puffer jacket.
The HIFIVE is Tucano Urbano’s third generation of down jacket, combining several technical fabric solutions to ensure the jacket is fully waterproof and windproof, well insulated and Class A-CE approved. Typically, down jackets have a two-ply construction consisting of the outer fabric and inner lining that forms the chambers to hold the padding. The HIFIVE jacket features a unique five-ply construction:
First-ply – the first outer layer is made from tough Taslan polyamide with a water-resistant treatment. The outer shell features seam taping directly on the back of the fabric.
Second-ply – the waterproof outer shell is coupled with a breathable inner membrane to allow hot air to escape and ensure all-day comfort.
Third and fourth-ply – two mesh materials are woven together to form the chambers that hold the eco-down padding. The woven aspect means these materials stay seamless to avoid any water ingress and maintains waterproofing over time. As no glue is needed to hold the inner chambers together, the overall jacket is lighter, softer and more flexible, as well as being more resistant as the woven materials are less prone to wear and not affected by washing.
Fifth-ply – the last layer is a breathable inner ply that is water-resistant to enable a hermetic seal of the seams.
The HIFIVE also features Tucano Urbano’s comfort protection system with soft shoulder and elbow armour as standard, as well as a pocket for a back protector. For comfort, there are adjusters on the collar, cuff and hem, and for practicality, there are large, double-compartment pockets with water-resistant zips, an internal cargo pocket and a waterproof chest pocket.

On the front, the CINTUKAWARM is secured via an adjustable Velcro strap and there’s a pocket to store the power bank without impacting freedom of movement.

TERMOWARM
Fully compatible with the Tucano Urbano Termoscud leg cover compartment pockets, the TERMOWARM is a electric heated panel for the legs. The panel has an aluminium foil inner to reflect the heat downwards towards the legs, and the bottom is made with Aero 3D mesh to spread the heat uniformly. The upper layer is constructed with tough Oxford polyamide and features a pocket for a power bank*.

COOLWARM
The COOLWARM is a heated seat cover that will make riding enjoyable even on the coldest days. Fitting most motorcycle and scooter seats with elastic straps without changing the look of the seat, the COOLWARM is made with high-quality, tough Oxford Polyamide with a 100% waterproof internal membrane. The seat cover has a silicone rubber print for extra grip both to the bike and the rider and is designed in Aero 3D mesh for uniform heating.

Fully CE-approved and ready to take on the winter months, the HANDWARM gloves are heated on the palm and fingers for effective warmth in any conditions, powered by a 7.4V (2200 mAh) lithium battery that’s included and rechargeable. 100% waterproof and breathable thanks to the Hydroscud® inner membrane, the gloves are constructed with PRIMALOFT® thermal padding so they’re warm even when the heating elements are switched off.
The outer is made with a faux suede palm, Neoprene effect technical fabric on the back with real goat leather inserts, and a soft microfibre lining inside. There’s a silicone rubber print on the palm to improve grip, as well as a long cuff for a comfortable fit and wrist coverage.
