To streamline maintenance and pre-ride checks, CHIGEE has developed two types of Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS). Both systems operate on the same principle, continuously sending real-time updates on tyre health throughout every ride and need to be used in conjunction with a CHIGEE display.

Engineered from high-quality aluminium alloy with compact, long-life batteries, both options deliver identical performance but differ in their installation process. The Internal TPMSmounts inside the rim, replacing the original valve stem, which requires removing the tyre to enable fitment. Once in place, appropriately sized washers create a secure seal before the tyre is refitted. Alternatively, the External TPMSsimply replaces the standard valve dust cap, eliminating the need to remove the tyre altogether.
Battery performance varies between the options: the Internal TPMS offers a lifespan of two to three years with a non-replaceable battery, while the External TPMS lasts around one year with a battery that can be replaced quickly and simply.
Once installed, the sensors pair seamlessly with the AIO-6 Max/LTE, AIO-5 Series, XR-2. Real-time tyre pressure and temperature data appear directly on the dash, giving riders continuous visibility and complete peace of mind on every ride. Sensors will read from zero to eight bar and are accurate within 0.01 bar.
For customers who are looking for a standalone product, the G3 TPMS is a perfect option. Rather than needing to connect to a CHIGEE smart display, the G3 TPMS has an independent display that attaches with a handle bar mount. The display has a five month battery life and shows the real time pressures of tyres while on the move. The estimated battery life of the external G3 sensors is approximately one year, while the internal sensors last approximately two years. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage conditions
