LS2 Pioneer’s Cool New Colours

Ls2 Pioneer’s Cool New ColoursLS2’s Pioneer dual sport helmet is now available in a cool new Matt Titanium Blue graphic and bright H-V Yellow.

Developed with input from LS2’s motocross, enduro and supermoto championship series riders, the Pioneer is designed to deal with the toughest of environments.

The outer shell is made from LS2’s exclusive Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), a super strong and lightweight material rivalling high-end composites, which offers flexibility for energy absorption and high penetration resistance – crucial when tackling tough trails.

Naturally it’s fully certified to the ECE 22.05 standard – so is legal to wear on the road in the UK – and comes in three outer shell sizes for the smallest, lightest possible helmet in each fitment range. It also has a long-oval shape to follow the natural contour of the head, for a snug and reassuring fit.

Extra protection is provided by the quick-release visor. It’s manufactured from 3D Optically Correct A-Class Polycarbonate, is scratch and UV-resistant, and Pinlock-ready for a clear view at all times. A simple to operate drop-down Sun Visor also features.

Inside a breathable, hypoallergenic lining and Dynamic Flow-through Ventilation – with adjustable intake ports, internal channels and exhaust ports – helps keep the rider cool and comfortable when the going gets hot. The lining is removable and washable, so it can be kept fresh and clean all-season.

In addition, an emergency release system allows first responders to remove the cheek pads in seconds, so the helmet can be removed with minimal movement of a fallen rider’s head and neck.

The Pioneer comes in sizes XXS – 3XL, in a choice of four solid and four graphic finishes.  Retail prices start at £99.99 for solid colours, including H-V Yellow. Graphics, like the Matt Titanium Blue Quarterback, are £119.99.
