Consolidates Off-Road Range

The latest 10TEN e-bike – MXE-3L.
For over five years, the 10TEN brand has been making an impact on the UK’s off-road scene.

Popular for being competitively-priced and fun, while incorporating high-spec and stylish features backed up with a solid reputation for reliability, 10TEN’s Pit, Dirt and Supermoto-style machines have developed a healthy following of dirt riding enthusiasts.

The range was boosted towards the end of last year when two fully-electric models joined the line-up, taking its number to a total of 13 machines, offering models suitable for youth and adult riders of all ages and abilities.

From the outset, the core models of the 10TEN lineup were the youth 50R and 90R MX and 90R Supermoto, sitting alongside the 125R Pit bike, in two sizes, the 140R in Dirt and Supermoto guises, and the 250R that bridges the gap from Pit to full size motocross bike.

The 250RX motocross bike joined 10TEN towards the end of 2019, increasing the appeal of the marque to young minibike riders through to adult racers. The 250RX provides a larger frame to accommodate its 21” and 18” wheels, a gripper seat, aluminium silencer, and USD forks with adjustable rebound fitted as standard.

Next up from 10TEN was a venture into the rapidly-expanding electric bike market with the user (and wallet) friendly 10TENMX-E. This was quickly followed by the launch of a great-value youth quad, the 10TEN 110 RXR.

10TEN continued to develop its range towards the end of 2022, when two electric bikes in the form of the MX-E3 and MX-E3L were unveiled. The MX-E3 has 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels, making it ideal for use by adults and teenagers, either on the track or out on the trail. It boasts a high-power, 72v battery with a motor providing 3kw, a peak power of 12kw, and a 4-speed transmission. A modern chassis with a long-movement suspension package and sleek, modern styling keeps it up to date.

The MXE-3L is a full-size adult bike, perfect for all types of off-road conditions. It has 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels and also features a high-power 72v battery and a motor providing 3kw with a peak power of 12kw, with the addition of a 4-speed transmission. It is fitted with 48mm front forks offering 260mm of travel and a fully adjustable rear shock offering a similar amount of rear wheel travel.

A hot, new 10TEN model is also planned to land later this year.

GO ELECTRIC ORANGE WITH 10TEN

The innovative 10TENMX-E, launched towards the end of 2020, has been released in the same striking black and orange livery adopted by its petrol-powered stablemates.

The MX-E is 10TEN’s first foray into the electric off-road motorcycle market and signals the brand’s focus on embracing new technology and developing its popular range of Pit, Supermoto and Dirt bikes.

Suitable for both novices, and those who have already gained confidence in their riding skills, the power output of the MX-E can be restricted to allow adult supervision of younger and beginner riders. When those riders become more experienced, the machine can achieve speeds of up to 45km an hour.

As expected of machines in this genre, the 10-TEN electric bike is quiet and a breeze to ride. With no moving or hot parts to cause complications, the 10-TEN operator can just twist and go and concentrate on simply having fun.

The removable lithium battery, which can be fully charged in four to six hours, can be taken indoors for both security and easy charging, while spare batteries are available for back up.

The 10TEN MX-E has a recommended price tag of just under £1000 including VAT, and is offered with a six-month parts and labour warranty.

10TEN Gets New Look For 2021

The 10TEN range of off-road pit bikes from UK distributor Dualways continues to develop and expand in 2021, with the affordable, high-specification junior, youth and adult machines now offered in a new and striking black/fluorescent-orange colour scheme.

The line-up of Pit, Supermoto and Dirt bikes was joined by the all-new 10TENMX-E towards the end of 2020. This signalled the manufacturer’s first move into the rapidly growing arena of electric motorcycles, ticking many boxes for young novice riders eager to learn to ride a powered two-wheeler, without the worry of operating gears and clutch, or touching moving or hot parts.

The petrol-powered 50R and two versions of the90R are ideal options for young wannabe off-road racers. The 50cc is fitted with an electric start and automatic clutch, while the 90R and 90R Supermoto are semi-automatic, allowing junior rider to learn how to concentrate on riding and changing gears, without the concern of clutch control.

The larger-capacity 10TEN 125R and 140R models can be ridden by youth and adults and are great tools for some serious off-road fun. The 125s are available with 14” and 12” front/rear wheels or 17” and 14”, with the 140R offering 17” front and 14” rear. The 140R Supermoto edition is track-ready and designed for Minibike Supermoto racing.

The largest capacity machines in the 10TEN stable come in the shape of the 250R and 250RX. The 250R is equipped with a powerful air-cooled 223cc engine. The five-speed 250R comes fitted with high-strength 19″ front and 16″ rear aluminium rims and stainless-steel spokes for maximum strength and durability. It has both electric and kick-start, plus fully adjustable front forks and adjustable rear suspension. The flagship 250RX is the largest-capacity machine in the 10TEN camp and, equipped with a powerful air-cooled four-stroke engine, bridges the gap between pit bike and motocrosser. The 250RX uses the same reliable 4-stroke engine as 10TEN’s hugely popular 250R model, but the RX is housed in a larger Chromoly steel frame. This is a full-size adult off-road packed with high-end features, such as 21” front and 18” rear wheels, and a surprisingly low-price tag.

The ten-model range of 10TEN machines is available now. Pricing starts from £749.00* for the 10TEN 50R with incremental increases through to £2190.00* for the 10TEN 250RX. The machines appeal to young minibike racers right through to adult racers. New 10TEN MX-E

The fast-selling 10TEN range of off-road bikes from UK distributor Dualways has expanded for 2020 with the introduction of the all-new 10TEN MX-E, the first fully-electric model in the 10TEN line-up.

The MX-E is the perfect bike for beginners eager to get to grips with riding a powered two-wheeler, but without the need to worry about gear and clutch control or hot parts. It also has two power settings, allowing adult supervisors to initially restrict the bike and then increase the power once the rider becomes more confident. This helps young riders to develop their riding skills without the noise and disturbance of a conventional petrol engine.

For peace of mind, the MX-E has a removable lithium battery, which allows the battery to be taken off to charge. This serves as both a security measure – it cannot be ridden away – and a convenience factor, as it can be fully charged in four to six hours and a spare can be kept ready to swap in when required.
