R&G will be stocking and distributing, on an off-the-shelf basis, Eazi-Grip’s market-leading ranges, starting with its ‘Evo’ and ‘Pro’ Tank Grips, which are used and respected globally by top race teams and many thousands of leisure riders, on both road and track. These products will also be made available via R&G’s extensive global network of distributors and dealers, while R&G will also help bolster new releases and marketing campaigns.

With a large presence in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, R&G will also be adding the Eazi-Grip tank grips to the R&G Technical Centre, which features at all eleven rounds of the series, ensuring they are available to all riders, teams, and members of the public who visit.

GBRacing protection now available for Aprilia’s iconic RSV1000 and Tuono models

GBRacing protection is now available for the second generation of Aprilia’s legendary RSV1000 R, Factory and Nero (2004-2010) as well as the corresponding Tuono models (2005-2010).

Part of GBRacing’s ongoing programme to expand its range retrospectively, as well as keeping up with all the latest model releases, these new secondary clutch and alternator covers provide high-quality, contemporary protection to this Italian icon.

Owners of the original RSV1000 — often referred to as the ‘Mille’ or, more affectionately, ‘Millie’ — are also catered for with the clutch cover also compatible with earlier models of RSV1000 (1998-2003) and Tuono (2002-2005).

An alternator cover will also be available for these models later in the year — you can register your interest in these parts here.

New XL Street Bullet Frame Sliders

The choice of numerous championship-winning race teams, renowned for their incredible ability to absorb the energy from high speed crashes saving damage to the chassis, GBRacing has redesigned and re-imagined the Bullet Slider for the street bike rider.

The new XL Street Bullet Frame Sliders offer the same incredible impact absorption technology with a larger puck for the ultimate in street bike chassis protection.

The XL also uses a reinforced version of the intelligently engineered mounting bush pioneered by the original Bullet Slider that effectively concertinas to absorb the energy of a direct impact.

This bush is also designed with a ‘sacrificial’ weak point. This means should the bike slide into a kerb, it will snap, preventing the slider from digging in, causing the bike to flip and subsequently sustain more damage.

This design also overcomes the age-old, traditional ‘crash bung’ problem of a long bolt bending in a frame at best, tearing threads out or even damaging engine mounts at worst. By using a short bolt that sits close to the bolt socket (5mm) the chance of the bolt bending and causing more (totally avoidable) damage is all but eliminated.

These larger, XL Street Bullet Frame Sliders are ideal for road riders looking for a more substantial looking crash puck to protect against accidental drops and road-speed spills.

For racing and track applications, the original Bullet Frame Sliders remain the recommended option, with proven performance at the very highest level of production racing.

New upgraded, super-durable logo block

As part of our ongoing commitment to produce the world’s best motorcycle protection, we work alongside the world’s best racing teams.

We also listen to feedback from our valued dealers, but above all we listen to our customers and are always keen to learn how we can improve our products or our service to exceed expectations.

While many race teams replace their secondary engine covers regularly due to the very nature of their use, our road customers (thankfully!) often have the same protection in place for several years.

We have learned that the white coating on the current logo blocks can be taken off through regular cleaning with aggressive products and, over time, by use on salted winter roads.

This corrosion is something we are very happy to have solved with a brand new, high-temperature, pad-printed technique that in testing has proved almost impossible to remove.

This new logo block will be fitted to new stock as it is built in our Baldock production facility, and can also be purchased separately for customers wishing to upgrade or renovate their existing GBRacing covers.

Priced at just £2.99 / $3.83 / €3.11 for a pack of three, this is a very cost effective way for customers to update their covers with the added bonus of the new FIM approval dates to complete the fresh new look.

As an incentive for supporters of racing, for a limited time we’re going to offer a logo block ‘amnesty’ for anyone visiting the GBRacing support unit at British Superbikes, the Isle of Man TT or WorldSBK.

Customers can simply bring their old logo blocks and swap them for these super-durable new replacements at a cost of just £1 or €1.

GBRacing secondary covers remain as the only protective products to carry FIM product approval with each and every GBRacing component carefully created to meet the very strict requirements and standards.

R&G Partners With BeMoto To Give Riders A Better Deal

Crash protection is a vital addition for any motorcyclist, helping to protect their pride and joy in the event of a drop or fall.

R&G Set to Return as a Supporting Partner to Motoamerica

After three highly successful seasons as a Supporting Partner to the growing MotoAmerica series, Hampshire-based crash protection specialist R&G is excited to confirm it will be returning for 2023.

The 2022 MotoAmerica series proved one of the most nail-biting motorcycling championships of the year, with just one point separating eventual champion Jake Gagne and rival Danilo Petrucci going into the final round. Since its launch in 2014, the high-octane series has continued to go from strength to strength, with 2023 set to see the return of five-time Champion Cameron Beaubier.

Hampshire-based R&G is proud to be returning as an official Supporting Partner to the series for a fourth consecutive season. The partnership ensures that the R&G brand is prominently promoted to Stateside fans through the series’ messaging, trackside branding and social media.

R&G Teams Up With Guinness World Record Holder Jonny Davies

R&G, the world leader in damage protection products for motorcycles, has been protecting road riders and racers alike for over two decades.
Now, the Hampshire-based company is excited to be teaming up with stunt rider and Guinness World Record holder Jonny Davies AKA JD Stunts.
Based in County Durham, the high-energy JD Stunts shows have enthralled thousands of motorcycle fans across the globe, and Jonny is currently the British and Scottish Stunt Champion and placed top five in Europe. In 2020, he also set his first Guinness World Record for the fastest wheelie with both legs over the handlebars, completing the incredible feat at a breath-taking 109mph!
