Triumph To Unveil New Tiger Sport Exclusively At 2016 London Motorcycle ShowAlongside the countless latest models from manufacturers around the globe, the 2016 Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show will be hosting a world exclusive launch on the Friday as Triumph unveil the new 1050cc Tiger Sport.

With an already impressive line-up of new-for-2016 machines, British manufacturer Triumph will be adding one more to their range when they head to the Capital’s ExCeL Centre for the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show on February 12-14. Fans have until midnight on February 8 to secure advanced tickets to the show at a discounted rate.

Already one of the most popular models in Triumph’s range, the new Tiger Sport will also use the next generation 1050cc triple engine as well as a host of rider-focused technology.

Fans will not just get the chance to see the very latest metal: on Saturday February 13 COYS, one the UK’s leading historic automobile valuers and auctioneers, will be putting over 100 rare and classic machines under the hammer in only their second motorcycle-only auction. The collection features a mouth-watering range of machines including a stunning Moto Guzzi 8c V8 Replica and an original 1978 Ducati 900SS. The full auction lot can be viewed with a standard show entry ticket.

Visitors can also take a virtual ride around the legendary Donington GP Circuit with ‘Rocket’ Ron Haslam. Haslam runs a long-standing race school at the circuit on Honda CBR600RR machines. His bike and the innovative app that makes this possible will feature on the stand of Carole Nash, sponsors of the Show.

Elsewhere, visitors to the Show will be able to see an exclusive tribute to the most successful Isle of Man TT rider, Joey Dunlop, as well as a special 20th anniversary celebration of the British Superbike Championship featuring some of its most instantly recognisable machines. Five of the most talented riders to grace the series – Neil Hodgson, Chris Walker, Niall Mackenzie, John Reynolds and Tommy Hill – will be donning their race leathers to go head-to-head with Isle of Man TT legend John McGuinness in the fast-paced live action ‘Slide’ show, free to all ticket holders.

Returning for a third year is the London Custom Bike Championship, which features a £12,000 prize purse. The event sees builders from around Europe descend on the capital with their outstanding creations as they attempt to clinch the top prize.
