All-New Ninja 1000SX Gets The Full R&G Treatment

The new 2020 Ninja 1000SX has been given the full R&G protection and styling makeover, with the Hampshire-based company unveiling a raft of products, including Aero Crash Protectors, Radiator Guards and Fork Protectors. Alongside core protection, R&G has also unveiled additional accessories such as a Tail Tidy, Tank Traction Grips and Exhaust Hanger.

Kawasaki’s 2020 Ninja 1000SX is the fourth generation of their sport touring range and comes with cleaner emissions, without detracting from the sporty performance and styling riders have become used to. R&G Cuts The Price Of Adventure Bars

R&G is permanently cutting the price on a number of products in its Adventure Bar range, including those for the Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin, Ducati Multistrada 1200 and KTM Duke 125. Alongside this, the Hampshire-based company has promotional discounts on additional applications until September the 30th.

Adventure Bars are one of the most popular products in R&G’s range, and the crash protection specialist is now permanently reducing the price on a number of the range. Designed to stop an expensive bill should a rider drop their pride and joy, the R&G Adventure Bars are created specifically for each machine; helping to ensure the best fit and protection for the bike. Made from tough steel tubing, the bars are then powder coated to provide a strong and superb finish.

R&G Set For Summer Bash as Annual Track Day Returns to Cadwell

R&G, the world leader in damage protection products for motorcycles, is returning to Cadwell Park this August for its fourth annual track day; held in association with No Limits. Taking place on August 19th, the day after the Bennetts British Superbike Championship races, the R&G day will see a number of BSB teams and riders staying over alongside the California Superbike School and Track Bike Hire.
Following three sold-out events, R&G is excited to announce the date for the 2019 edition of its annual track day. Running on Monday 19th August at Cadwell Park, the day after the Bennetts British Superbike stars battle it out on the same circuit, the event will be run in conjunction with No Limits and will once again offer customers far more than a standard track day.
Alongside a 105db static noise limit, British Superbike squads Team WD40, Santander Salt TAG Racing & Oxford Racing Ducati will be remaining at the circuit with an open pit garage; allowing track day attendees to get up close to the Superbike machines and chat to the teams. Current series leader Tommy Bridewell, alongside Claudio Corti and Eemeli Lahti, will also be taking to the track with each rider giving a unique BSB Experience to one lucky rider; including a pre-ride chat, on-track session and then debrief!
Track Bike Hire will have their fleet of Yamaha YZF-R6s ready for visitors to try for a session whilst California Superbike School will be bringing along their popular lean machine for attendees to try. R&G will also be giving every rider a free R&G 20th anniversary t-shirt as well as running a number of prize giveaways on the day – including the chance to win a place at the California Superbike School.

R&G has introduced CLICKnRIDE quick-release indicators to its range of unique products. The universal system works on almost any machine and is the perfect accompaniment to stop your indicators being damaged during a day of off-road “bush bashing” or on a track.

Keep Your Machine MOT Legal With New R&G Indicator Extenders

Following the introduction of new MOT rules stating that direction indicators must have a minimum separation distance of 240mm, R&G has launched a selection of extenders for its range of e-marked “Micro Indicators”, ensuring that bikes shod with R&G’s award-winning “Tail Tidies” can pass the new test.
Recent changes to the MOT test mean that motorcycles over 50cc now require the distance between indicators to be a minimum of 240mm. R&G has now unveiled a new range of indicator extenders for its “Micro Indicators”. Coming in three lengths, 65mm, 50mm and 35mm, riders and dealers can now choose the required length of extender, maximising safety and ensuring legality.

Annual R&G Track Day Set For Party in the Park

Following two highly successful years, R&G, the world leader in damage protection products for motorcycles, has unveiled details of its biggest track day to date. Once again taking place in association with No Limits, it will be held on 20th August at Cadwell Park, with British Superbike teams, the California Superbike School and Track Bike Hire in attendance.

After highly-acclaimed R&G track days in 2016 and 2017, the Hampshire-based Company is excited to announce the date for the 2018 edition. Running on Monday 20th August at Cadwell Park, the day after the Bennetts British Superbike Championship is held there, the event will once again be run in association with No Limits.

Offering a more complete experience compared to a standard trackday, the 105db day will see the Anvil Hire TAG Racing and Moto Rapido BSB teams in attendance with an open pit garage – allowing riders to get up close and personal with the machines that were racing around the Lincolnshire circuit the previous day. Former racer Dean Ellison will also be in attendance, giving a demonstration of the SpeedAngle Data Logger, whilst Track Bike Hire will be bringing their fleet of Yamaha YZF-R6s for visitors to try for one session (subject to availability). The team at California Superbike School will also be bringing its lean bike to the day and will be providing off-track coaching throughout the event for riders, whilst R&G will be providing free, professional photography for every rider!

Give Your Bike a Second Chance With R&G Second Skin

The world leader in damage protection products, R&G, is expanding its range by launching R&G Second Skin stone chip protection film. The all-new film has been specifically designed to protect motorcycles from stone chips and road debris, as well as from scratches resulting from everyday use. 

Made from a UV-stable, high-quality and ultra-tough polyurethane, R&G Second Skin is a non-yellowing protection film, designed to protect road and track motorcycles. Kawasaki Z900 Gets The R&G Treatment

Fresh from unveiling a raft of products for the Z650, Hampshire-based R&G is already giving the all-new Z900 the full treatment, with the Company introducing an extensive range of crash protection and accessories for the 123bhp, 948cc Kawasaki.

Unveiled last year, the Kawasaki Z900 is the successor to the popular Z800. Not only is the stunning looking machine now compliant with the new Euro4 regulations, but it is also more powerful, lighter and better equipped!

Make cleaning your pride and joy easier with R&G’s new Nano Coating spray. The pre-mixed solution has been designed to repel water, oil and dirt as well as prevent sun oxidisation and paint fade, ensuring your machine stays clean and sparkling for years. 

With Nano Coating technology proven to work, R&G is excited to be launching its Nano Coating Spray, which comes with a microfibre cloth included. The simple spray on, wipe off application allows for the product to be used on all surfaces of the motorbike and will then repel water, oil and dirt, ensuring the machine remains clean as well as preventing paint fade and sun oxidisation.

R&G, an official Supplier to the MCE British Superbike Championship, is pleased to be launching a new range of fully FIM compliant moulded lever guards in response to a high demand for various colours and a more budget-conscious option than R&G’s successful pure carbon fibre lever guard. 

The bike-specific and racing clip-on-compatible guards are made from a tough and flexible grade of nylon and come supplied with all the required hardware to be quickly and easily installed. Available to fit both the clutch and brake lever side, the new moulded lever guards come in five different colours (black, blue, red, orange and green).

Fully compliant with FIM racing regulations, the new range of R&G moulded lever guards made their racing debut recently with the Moto Rapido Ducati British Superbike team at Brands Hatch. The full range is in stock now and pricing is £39.99 each, inc. VAT.

R&G Becomes Distributor of Kaoko Throttle Stabilizers

R&G is excited to announce it has joined forces with Kaoko, the world leader in Friction Type Throttle Controls, to become exclusive UK distributor of its world-renowned Throttle Stabilizers.

Kaoko’s first “Cruise Control System” arrived in 2001 after owner Roy Mentis discovered he suffered from an extremely tired wrist during his travels through Kaokoveld in Namibia – one of the last remaining true wilderness areas on earth.

Being specifically designed for the make and model of each machine, the Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer installs easily, by simply replacing the OEM bar end weight. The system can then be engaged whilst rolling on the throttle by gripping the friction nut on the Kaoko bar weight between the small finger and palm of the hand, which maintains a slight rotational resistance on the throttle whilst still allowing the rider to open and close the throttle as needed.

R&G Launches Huge Range for New Yamaha MT-10

The new Yamaha MT-10 proved a popular highlight at the many motorcycle shows over the winter, and R&G is excited to launch a whole host of crash protection and accessories for the hotly-anticipated model.
