Base parts milled from the solid and a generously dimensioned damper rod made of 16 millimetre thick chrome-molybdenum steel form the basis for top performance. A generously designed damper tube ensures optimum heat dissipation so that the temperature balance of the damper remains stable even under heavy use.
Rebound damping of the shock absorbers can be adjusted very finely over the wide range of 50 clicks. Thanks to the progressive spring, the E1 series shocks offer a smooth response coupled with stable riding characteristics. The preload of the spring can be adjusted manually.
All components of the E1 suspension elements are given a high-quality surface treatment, which not only guarantees safe function and exceptional durability, but also gives the spring elements a high-class look.

Made from high quality water-repellent and windproof CORDURA®, Cuff Muffs block out rain and wind completely, allowing the use of thinner riding gloves for better feel of the controls and comfort.

Venhill now offer complete Powerhose Plus braided brake line kits for the Yamaha R1M, offering owners of the track-focussed superbike a high performance upgrade to the factory-fitted brake lines.
Precision made in their UK factory, the hoses feature a DuPont® Teflon® core, which is resistant to loss of shape through heat, delivering more efficient fluid flow to the callipers, and increased braking force.
Stainless steel braid is wrapped around the core, to prevent pressure expansion. A PVC jacket is then bonded on, to keep water out and protect bodywork from scratches – these are available in a choice of different colours, for riders who want to make their bike stand out..
Threaded Swivel Fittings enable the hoses to be positioned with zero twist. Venhill machine their own banjo fittings and dome-headed banjo bolts to ensure proper fitment and a consistent, quality finish.
Four replacement brake line options have been added to the catalogue for the R1M (2020 on): two for the front and two for the rear:

New from Wunderlich, Frame Covers close the gaps in the R1250 GS and Adventure’s subframe, protecting rider, passenger and luggage from water spray and detritus thrown up by the rear tyre.
The large openings on both sides of the 1250 GS allow rainwater, grime and other unwanted materials to be flung up from the road and over legs, panniers and/or the bike’s rear end.

The luxury starts with an extra 40mm of width compared to the standard F900 R and XR pillion perch, distributing body weight over a larger surface area to help reduce pressure points.

Holding a massive 65 litres of kit and able to fit on almost any motorcycle, SW-Motech’s new PRO Travelbag adds serious carrying capability, without the need for multiple bags, bulky hard luggage or unsightly racking.
Designed to fit on almost any bike in minutes, the PRO Travelbag has a specially-shaped, anti-slip underside, which sits on the passenger seat. It’s then secured using four heavy-duty straps, featuring SW-Motech’s patented lashing hooks.
The straps are super quick and easy to use: attach one end to a suitable mounting point on the bike, clip the lashing hook to the eyelet, and then set the tension. Any excess strap length can be secured with the built-in Velcro® fastener. This allows the bag to be used on different motorcycles.
Once set, the bag is removed and reattached in seconds: simply pull on the red drawstring to release the hooks from each eyelet and it’s free; the straps stay on the bike ready for the bag to be clipped back in place again.
Built to last, the PRO Travelbag is made from a durable and UV-resistant 1680D Ballistic Nylon, originally designed for military use, with a splash-proof inner lining.

Machineart has updated its ADVance Guard handguards for the BMW R1250 GS Adventure, so they’re now even tougher and lighter than before, yet can still be quickly adapted to suit weather and riding conditions.
ADVance Guard V2 is based on the original versatile and unique design, but with a new and improved frame material – a super tough Nylon composite that’s even stronger than the previous generation aluminum frame, yet significantly lighter.

Venhill Powerhose Plus brake and clutch lines are precision manufactured and hand-finished by experienced craftsmen at its own UK factory. Tailor-made for the latest CRF4050F, they also feature swivel socket nuts at both ends, which makes them much easier to fit than hoses with the fittings crimped onto the end.
Each line is constructed around a DuPont® Teflon® core, for maximum heat resistance, to prevent softening, expansion and loss of shape. Its consistent internal diameter and smooth bore also allow more efficient fluid flow. Marine grade stainless steel braid is wrapped around the hose, to prevent further pressure expansion and protect against damage. For a long-lasting finish, the lines are covered with an extruded PVC jacket, available in a choice of 10 colours, including red.
All Powerhose Plus hoses are built to exceed DOT and TUV requirements. For further peace of mind, every line that leaves the Venhill factory is pressure tested to 1500psi.
The Featherlight Throttle Cables for the CRF are also a direct replacement for the original items and deliver improved performance and durability, along with smoother action.
Each cable features marine-grade stainless steel inner wire, to resist stretching, and a PTFE (‘teflon’) liner, for reduced friction and a lighter action. The liner also removes the need for regular lubrication: a real plus when riding off-road.

A very clever bit of kit, Wunderlich’s Smart Tool Box uses the space behind BMW R1200 and 1250 GS panniers to carry tools, first aid and other essentials.
Mounted on the back of the nearside pannier rail, the Smart Tool Box is waterproof and light – made from strong injection moulded plastic, it weighs less than a metal box, but is much more robust than a fabric tool roll.
It is also much more secure. Two lockable versions are available, one supplied with its own keys and one that features a ‘codeable’ lock, so it can be opened using the BMW ignition key.
Though compact (it measures just 325 x 105 x 230 mm) it’s surprisingly spacious, with a 4.5 litre capacity – more than similar boxes on the market.
As you’d expect, the Smart Tool Box can be accessed with the pannier in place, so there’s no need to remove it or disturb contents at the side of the road. The lid has a retaining strap to prevent loss too.

XACT PRO 8946 Shock
The WP XACT PRO 8946 Shock knows only one direction – the route to the podium. Equipped with the variable oil bypass valves of SUPERTRAX Technology, the rear wheel finds a firm grip in the ground, even in the toughest sections of the track, and drives your machine to the finish line like it’s on rails. Thanks to the adjustable rebound speed, power is never lost again and you keep complete control over your bike. Wunderlich’s new Navigation Security Kit offers peace of mind for those with a Garmin Zumo XT fitted to their BMW, helping to guard the expensive sat nav system against would-be thieves.
Worth hundreds of pounds and with no means of securing it to the bike built-in, the Zumo is a tempting, quick and easy steal for an opportunist.
Attached directly to the XT’s mount and operated with a key, the Wunderlich kit secures the Zumo in seconds, preventing even a determined thief taking it whilst the bike is unattended.
If the owner would prefer to take the Zumo with them, the unit can be removed with a simple turn of the key.
Secured beneath the navigation unit via a tailor made and powder-coated steel bracket, the kit is designed to be unobtrusive and won’t affect the use or charging of the Zumo.
